CAL Development, Inc. was incorporated in the State of Florida in 2004. Since its inception, CAL Development, Inc. has been owned and operated by Eithne Keane, who holds 100% ownership in the company.

CAL Development, Inc. is a Certified General Contractor, with license number CGC 1512095. The Company specializes in the construction of new banking facilities, interior buildouts, renovations and ground up construction of commercial buildings.

CAL Development, Inc.’s mission is to be the State of Florida’s leading and most respected special projects General Contractor. Given our uncompromising dedication to “constructing through relationships”, we will continuously set new standards for our industry. We have dedicated ourselves to providing unparalleled service to our clients, our employees and the communities in which we live and work.

CAL Development, Inc. is also committed to ensuring all elements of safety are in place prior to work commencing at a project site. Workmen's compensation and liability insurance is carried and held current for all personnel on every project. A zero-tolerance drug testing program is an integral part of ensuring crew and site safety as well.
